About the Basic Plan User Limit

Tettra's Basic plan is an excellent option for small teams and users who are just starting to set up their internal knowledge base.


You can add 100 users on this plan. Once you update your plan, you can invite more users to join your account.


All user types (regardless of role) will be considered in your account's overall user count for billing.


Invite Limit

Invites for Basic accounts are limited to 100. If you try to add more users, you'll run into an error - reach out to us at [email protected] to help you upgrade to a Scaling plan.


User Minimum

There is a ten-user minimum on the Basic and Scaling plans. Teams with fewer than ten users will be billed for ten users.
