How to view and archive links
You can view and archive an external link inside a category or subcategory list.
Step 1. Go to the left sidebar and click the category or subcategory where the external link belongs to. You'll then see the external link listed along with your pages.
Step 2. Click on the link to view it.
When a reader clicks the external link, it will open in a new tab.
Step 3. Click the kebab menu (three dots) that corresponds to the link and hit Archive if you want to remove it.
