How to upvote a page request
When there are a lot of pages to document, knowing which ones are most important can be challenging for team experts. Tettra fixes this problem by allowing users to upvote the most important page requests.
Step 1. Click Knowledge Management on the left sidebar.
Step 2. On the Knowledge Management tab, identify the request you want to upvote and click the thumbs-up icon. If you want to remove an upvote, simply click the thumbs-up icon again.
