About Tettra's compliance with GDPR
We built Tettra with customer privacy and data security in mind. We believe that regulations like GDPR are a positive evolution in privacy policy and consumer protection. Thus, we welcome the opportunity to continue improving our practices in this area.
Data Portability
We support self-serve exports in the app, so you can download all of your Tettra content at any time, regardless of your subscription status. We also honor requests to delete all of your data from our systems.
Privacy Policy
Our Privacy Policy details what data we collect and why and how we use that data. It also includes information around third-party integrations, including how data is shared and for what purposes.
Terms of Service
Our Terms of Service outlines users' rights to their content on Tettra. It also includes a data breach policy, covering our commitment to notify our customers promptly if we become aware of any unauthorized access to their data.
At this time, we are not planning on providing a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) separate from our updated Terms of Service.
Schrems II Case: updated November 2020
Tettra is in compliance with the Schrems II ruling. We do not use the Privacy Shield to transfer your data. All sub-processors who previously used the Privacy Shield have updated to use SCC.
