How to add team tags to a page
Team tags are useful in situations where you may have pages in different categories and/or subcategories that are all related to a specific term or organizing principle in your business.
For example, you might have categories defined for different departments within your business, but each department might have content related to the onboarding of new team members to that department. You can add a team tag to all pages related to team member onboarding so that you can quickly view all of that content in search.
Viewing team tags for a page
Navigate to a page that you want to add a team tag to and scroll to the bottom of the page's content.

Click on the grey Tags button.

The tags modal will display any existing tags added to the page by team members and if you are on our Scaling or Professional plans, you'll see any tags added to the page by Kai.

Adding team tags to a page
Click on the Search or create tags input and begin typing to search for an existing tag to use.
Keep in mind that tags are case and space sensitive. Typos or different punctuation will also result in distinct tags.

if you need to create a new team tag, you'll see the option to Add tag: next to whatever you've typed into the input.

After clicking on an existing tag or an Add tag: option, you'll see that tag displayed with a grey background in the input. You must click the Add tag button to finish associating the tag to the page.

You'll now see the tag listed as one of the tags associated with the page. There is not a limit to the number of tags you can add to a page.

Removing team tags from a page
If you'd like to remove a tag from a page, you can hover over the tag and click the X icon.

Viewing other pages with the same team tag
If you'd like to see other pages with the same tag, you can hover over the tag and click on the underlined text to view those search results.

You'll be taken to Tettra's advanced search with the tag used as the search query.
