You can pin important pages to your Team bulletin board so your teammates can easily access them. To learn more, see our article about How to pin pages to the bulletin board.
All your most recent account activity is listed in the body of the Recent activity page. You'll be able to see the most recently updated/created pages and drafts, the timestamp, and who performed the action. You'll also see your teammates' reactions and comments.

Each type of activity is capped to only the ten most recent actions. Page creation/updates are considered as one type of activity.
