How to share a draft with a user
If you want a teammate to review the draft you're working on, you can add them as a draft viewer in two easy steps.
• Your invited users will only be able to view your draft. They won't have edit access.
• Your invited users will automatically see the most recent edits you made.
• Once you publish the draft, you will remain the page owner unless you manually transfer ownership to another user.
Step 1. Create a new draft or open an existing one, then click the + next to the page owner icon.
Step 2. Add draft viewers and an optional personal message. Click Share draft.
To see the current users with access to view the draft, click the + button again.
