Daily and weekly digest email

Tettra can send daily and weekly digest email notifications to keep you up to date on the exciting happenings in your team's Tettra account.


Content in an invite-only category will only appear to users who are members of that category.


In addition to real-time Slack notifications about your team's Tettra account, you'll also receive email notifications about Tettra activities. We batch general activity into daily and weekly email digests while also sending direct emails about updates that are specific to you.

 

  • The daily digest will notify you of any updates within the last day up until time of send. 
  • The weekly digest functions the same, but contains information for the entire week.

  • new views: how many times someone on your team viewed a page that you created or that you own
  • new thanks:

This section lists what you'll see in your Drafts and Todos section of the sidebar.

Your Team Updates: These review the activity from your team members. 


  • new page views: times that any page in your Tettra space was viewed
  • new thanks given: times that someone on your team thanked a page creator

  • new questions asked: total number of questions asked and some links to those questions

  • pages updated: existing pages that someone on your team has recently edited and published, along with links to go right to them. Remember you can look at the version history to see what they changed!
