How to update your avatar and profile information

If you want to change your name, email, or job title in your team's Tettra account, you can do so in two simple steps.


If you're an Admin and want to override a user's profile information, temporarily deactivate their account and modify their details.


Step 1. My settings


  1. Click your team's name in the top left of Tettra.
  2. Choose Team settings.
  3. Click on Edit my profile.

Step 2. Make changes

From the My profile page, you can change:

  • Avatar - upload a new image but be sure that it's roughly square. 
    • Tip: if you want to reduce the size of your image, take a quick screenshot of it and then upload that screenshot.
  • Display name - this is what your team will see, so it's best to use your real name.
  • Email address - the email where you'd like to receive notifications.
  • Job title - your team doesn't usually see this.


Step 3. Save changes

Be sure to click Save changes once done
