How personalized Slack notifications work

To enable Slack notifications from Tettrabot, visit your notification settings page: https://app.tettra.co/notifications

  1. Click on the team name on the top left and then Team settings.
  2. Click on My notifications.
  3. Check or uncheck the boxes for each notification type.

How it works

Here is a sample Tettrabot notification for a new question notification:

Each Tettra user can personalize their Slack notifications. By default, Tettra's bot will send notifications:

  • When a teammate comments on my page or page request
  • When a teammate @mentions me
  • When a teammate thanks me
  • When one of my pages needs verification
  • When a teammate shares a draft with me
  • When a teammate asks me a question
  • When a teammate answers my question
  • When a teammate comments on my question
  • When a teammate answers a question I upvoted
  • When a teammate answers a question assigned to me
  • When a teammate completes my page request
  • When a teammate assigns a page request to me
  • When a page request assigned to me hasn't had recent activity
