Read-Only Users: Suggest an Edit
This feature allows your read-only users to make edits to a page and submit them to the page owner for approval. Here's how it works.
Read-only users will see a "Suggest an edit" button in the header of all pages.
When they click that button, they will be able to make any changes and submit them to the page owner for review.
The page owner will be notified in Slack and email that a suggested change has been submitted.
It will also appear in the page owner's Drafts and Todos:
The owner can then view the suggested changes and approve them.
In the Version History, that change will be shown with the suggester and approver's names:
