How to modify guest users
You can deactivate Guest users through your account's team members page, or change their role to other user types.
Only Admins can deactivate or change the status of Guest users.
Step 1. Team settings
Click your team's name to toggle the dropdown menu. Select Team settings.
Step 2. Change status or deactivate
On the Team members page, click the User Type option to change their status to another user role:
Or, hit the kebab icon (three dots) next to the User Type if you want to deactivate them:
If you don't see the kebab menu option (three dots), then you likely need Admin privileges. Reach out to one of your team's administrators to get the proper account access.
